RETURN
POLICY
We
appreciate your business and
want you to be satisfied.
Occasionally damages occur in
shipping and we respectfully ask
for your help in getting them
resolved.
Note:
Less than 1% of items get
damaged in shipment, however it
is very important that items
damaged in shipping be noted on
the delivery ticket WHILE THE DRIVER
IS PRESENT!
If items are damaged when
received, you should call your
dealer immediately or
email us.
Whether or not
you can reach us or your dealer,
making a notation on the delivery
ticket
about the damages will qualify
you for free replacement or
repairs if needed.
Failure to report damage may
waive your opportunity for
repairs or replacement.
All delivered items must be
inspected in full (take out of
the box) while the driver is
present and before signing any
delivery receipt. The signing
of the delivery receipt is a
legal document noting the
customer has received the goods
in perfect condition and accept
them as is. All items must be
opened for inspection before the
driver leaves.
Major damage (especially to wood
items) may be refused.
Minor damages to chairs,
heaters, etc, can sometimes be
resolved without returning.
RETURNS FOR ITEMS NOT DAMAGED:
(Return Authorization Number
Required)
Items which are in new condition
may be returned under the
following conditions:

All items must be in new
condition.

All items must be packaged
in the same cartons or
equivalent.

Customer must pay for
shipping BOTH WAYS (even for
"free shipping items")

There is a 25% restocking
fee for returned items.

Credit will be given after
items are received and
inspected.

A Return Authorization
number is required before
returning any items.

Contact your dealer for a
Return Authorization Number.
