CHAIR INFO:   We stock thousands of Church Chairs in our warehouses, but occasionally colors sell out.  Contact us for updated info.   Minister Chair prices include stocked cushions, add for custom fabrics (see price list).

 

CROSS -  *Pulpits offered with a cross are available without a cross at same price.  We also manufacture an altar cross and can make wall crosses from wood.

 

CONSTRUCTION – Most items are solid oak.  Panels on pulpits are oak veneer plywood with solid oak frames.  Closed Communion tables are the same.  Open tables are solid oak.  Proclaimer Sets are solid oak.  Furniture that is white is MDF or poplar construction with solid oak trim.

 

SHIPPING  - Shipping is done by our truck in VA, NC, eastern TN, SC, WV, MD or PA, DE, KY, GA, OH. For these states, figure price at $1.50 one way, up to one truck load,  from Rocky Mount VA 24151, up to 500 miles. We can fit 400 chairs on one truck.   Minimum delivery on sets is $100.  Small items (flower tables, speaker stands) can ship regular UPS Ground or FedEx Ground for less.

 

For over 300 miles or to other areas are shipped by FedEx Freight or UPS Freight.   Most 5 piece sets ship for about $400-500 except to AK, CA, NV, New England, HA.  Call for actual freight quote. We will be happy to show you how to obtain freight quotes online.

 

FOR DELIVERY - We will need a confirmed delivery address (no PO box) and 2 contact phone numbers. 

If possible it is best to ship to your business, but drop shipments are permitted to businesses or churches.   

 

PACKAGING  - We carefully package items for protected shipping.  Items should be inspected while the driver is present and if any damage is found, it should be noted on the delivery ticket. 

Failure to note damages equals acceptance of the delivery as it is.

TERMS -   Payment with the order, by company check  preferred. You can fax your check to us.  We recommend that you collect payment with the order, in full, except for pews which are 50% down and the balance on delivery (3 months approx.)

Fax a copy to us at 540-484-4915 to place your order and begin packaging for shipment.  

We also accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, AMEX.   

Most orders ship in  7-14 days, unless we are out of stock.  Rush orders welcomed.

Once you have become an established customer we may offer terms.  

 

SAMPLES:  Wood stain and fabric samples are available at no charge.  Samples for your showroom are available, see special offer below.  Sample church chairs can be ordered, one per church, for $60 per chair.  (It actually costs us about $75 to ship one chair).  We suggest you get a supply of sample church chairs dropped off when we are coming to your area, for you to loan to your customers.

 

RUSH ITEMS: We have our own woodworking shop on site in order to rush custom or standard items.

 

LIMITED WARRANTY - All items are guaranteed against defects in original material or workmanship for 5 years.  Acts of nature or abuse are not covered under our warranty.  Wood products must be properly maintained (annual waxing with paste wax and kept in constant average temperature of 70 degrees F and humidity range of 70%. All products are flammable and must be kept away from fire or extreme heat sources.  Warranty replacements do not include shipping charges.
